WE are meeting at the clubrooms 22 Lee Rd Taradale on the 17th at 7.30pm. We have Tim Creagh from E.I.T. to give us a talk on the latest in winemaking techniques.

Coming in August is our annual baking competition and this year the subject is beer bread. Breadmaker machines are not allowed. Any recipe can be used but our 25th Jubilee book has a beer bread recipe in it.

Wine, Beer & Liqueur Entries for the clubs annual competition have to be at Tom and Edna’s place by the 21st July.
