The next meeting is on the 19th February at 7.30pm at the Deaf Hawkes Bay clubrooms 22 Lee Street Taradale. All  visitors and prospective members are very welcome.

The monthly club wine and beer competitions will take place.

After the formalities David is going to demonstrate doing a mash for putting down a brew. This is topical as some  of the more critical brewers are becoming bored with kit beers and are looking for more body and flavour. As well he will demonstrate making a 1 gallon brew.
