A very good turnout at Brian’s place on the 25^th January for our annual BBQ. At this we host Central Hawkes Bay club in return to their hosting us at the mid winter feast.  8 of them attended. While pre meal drinks were being taken David organized an impromptu “all in” wine and beer competition. The much coveted prize, Deloris a beautiful figurine put up by CHB club which is contested for at both events, was again won by Hans from the Hawkes Bay club. A double draw raffle took place and Pat and Maurice each won a draw. Thanks to those who cooked the meat and to Brian for hosting the event.
