Apologies to those clamoring to register for the 20th NZ National Championships. We are working hard to make this a memorable event and can now confirm a bus tour for Saturday as an option. It will include winery visits, a tour of  the Williams-Warn manufacturing facility, a Lunch and we are working to finalise a brewery visit too.

Please note that Judging will occur on Friday 16th October and volunteers for stewards will be needed. A formal invitation will be emailed out shortly…

Bottle Entries

Bottle Entries are now open and the entry form is in the following Zip file:

It includes a Printable PDF and an Excel Spreadsheet -Please if possible use the spread-sheet and email the completed form back to us so we can clearly read all entries and avoid re-keying these where possible. Note that a printed version should also accompany your bottles so these can be verified on arrival -Thanks.

Note: We have sought the advice of the Judges Guild and been informed that the Cider Classes should conform to the bottle requirements for Beer; e.g. 750 ml brown ABC Bottle with a plain crown cap.

Bus Tour

This has now been finalised, details of stops are:

• Arataki Honey –Tastings and information etc.
• Godzone Micro Brewery, tasting and talk.
• Unison Wines and Unwined Café for lunch and wine tasting.
• Williams Warn Factory Tour and Tasting of samples.
• CJ Pask Winery Tasting.

Surely a bargain at just $35 including lunch. Departs 9:30am from the Angus Hotel, returns about 3:30pm. Booking via the Registration form.
