but, again, Google Images has lots of useful Charts.

The one way of comparing hops is to chill a bland beer, any eurolager for instance, take the cap off carefully, and pop in a couple of hop pellets, recap and put aside a week.

The only problem with this method is the floaters but you could seive into a jug. I’m too lazy and use my teeth!

And don’t forget the Hop to it chapter on Hops a couple of Newsletters ago. It’s extensive and complete. Well worth rereading.
