The Contest is over and the results of the Gladfield 23rd National Amateur Winemakers & Brewers Competition are in. Next a big thank you to all of you that entered the competition, without which none of this would have been possible. Entries were down on expectations due to the economy, freight costs and some shrinking clubs.
Thanks to the Judges and who came from around the country for your time and skill in evaluating the 490 entries we received.
To all that attended the show and prizegiving, it was awesome to catch up and to see a good turnout. You all helped to make this memorable event.
Finally to our own club members, committee and their very tolerant partners, who have generously given up their time to plan, organise and run the event. It was no small feat with hundreds of hours going into making a successful event.
